The Vitra 04 High counter chair is an ergonomic sit-stand office chair, ideal for working at a standing desk or counter. The chair supports the transition between sitting and standing and encourages an active posture.

Thanks to the micro-mechanism with a rubber ball joint, the chair moves smoothly in multiple directions. The flexible backrest with integrated leaf springs and the cast aluminum footrest provide additional comfort and stability.

The gray seat is made of polyurethane integral foam with an upholstered effect and rests on a self-supporting steel frame.

The Vitra 04 High Counter Chair was designed by Maarten van Severen in 1999.
