No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. You can also place an order without logging in. With an account, ordering and paying will be faster and easier in the future. In addition, you can save multiple shipping addresses and view orders.

Ocazu supplies used products and/or showroom models that leave here in good working order and complete. However, the products are not new and depending on the age you can expect signs of use. If you, as a private person, choose not to pick up your product yourself in our warehouse and thus cannot judge the condition of the product yourself, the costs of returning the product will be for your own account. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can always exchange it for another product from our range. With additional payment of the difference if the product is more expensive.

No, you can place an order online or by email.

You can pay via the webshop by means of IDEAL, BANcontact, Sofort banking and by means of a bank transfer. Payment by credit card or Paypal is not possible.

You cannot pay by debit card at Project Furniture, Designstore and Ocazu. There are many options to pay:

  • Cash on pickup
  • Directly via internet banking, for example, readers from ABN AMRO and Rabobank are available
  • Even via the internet banking app on your mobile phone
  • Pay the invoice in advance of collection
  • Existing customers can pay on account. We use a standard payment term for existing customers of 14 days. Unless otherwise agreed

We deliver your order as standard. We charge the following costs for delivery:

  • Randstad (max 50 km from Alphen aan den Rijn)   €50,-
  • Outside Randstad €100,- excluding the Wadden Islands.

    In consultation, other options are also possible for orders to be sent

Yes, we have a showroom. You can make an appointment online with our appointment planner.

This is possible. If you wish to pick up the order, you do not pay shipping costs. You will find the current opening hours of our showroom on our contact page.
We assume that the goods described by us are in the condition that we declare. If you do not wish to come by to view the goods and their condition, you agree to the state indicated by us. Money back is not possible. However, you can come and find a product for the same amount. Or you will receive a voucher with the same value. With this voucher you can choose other products from us, possibly at a later date.
Of course, we also provide warranty on products. Most office chairs have a 1-year warranty. Products without a mechanism or wearing parts, such as cantilever chairs, are cleaned and checked for imperfections prior to delivery. Given the high quality of the used office furniture, we generally do not see chairs, cabinets, etc. break down. However, in the unlikely event that something does break down, we examine whether this defect is the fault of the user or caused by, for example, a manufacturing error and on this basis we provide replacement, repair (paid for), etc. If something is really faulty we provide free repair and/or an equivalent replacement product. We give a carry-in warranty of 1 year on our products. It is up to you to make sure the product comes to our workshop so we can see what is wrong with it. Sometimes it is possible to fix the problems on site. We do charge for this. Warranty applies to items such as mechanics or gas springs, but not to parts that may wear out through use, such as arm pads, upholstery and the like.

In addition to buying used, second-hand design and office furniture, it is also possible to trade in your old furniture. After determining the value, this amount will be deducted from the total invoice.
